Chapter 25: Implementation

Generally The following courses check if students can orientate the map correctly (red to red), and plan and move between several locations in a known environment (school yard and immediately nearby area). Students will visit a number of check points (controls) without code numbers and punch at the controls the students have on the map. In this example, there are 16 controls placed in the terrain (see the master map below).

 

Grade E, year 6

The task is managed normally within 15 minutes walking pace. The content must be at least 6 check points with at least 5 check points right. Maximum time 30 minutes.

In this case, at least 8 of 9 check points must be right.

Grade C, year 6

The task is managed normally within 15 minutes walking pace. The content must be at least 6 check points with at least 5 check points right. Maximum time 30 minutes.

In this case, at least 7 of 8 check points must be right.

 

Grade A, year 6

The task is managed normally within 15 minutes walking pace. The content must be at least 6 check points with at least 5 check points right. Maximum time 30 minutes.


In this case, all 10 check points must be right.
