Wireless readout. Flexible use.

The SPORTident Reader BT is a compact, battery-powered reader for SPORTident Cards. It reads data from SI-Cards and transfers it wirelessly via Bluetooth® Low Energy to laptops, smartphones or tablets. This makes card readout simple and flexible – with no cables required.

The SPORTident Reader BT can be used with devices running Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux, provided that the software used supports Reader BT and Bluetooth® Low Energy.

For use cases without a phone or laptop around, Reader BT prints directly on a SPORTident Printer 2, enabling completely wireless readout and printing.

Additionally, the SPORTident Reader BT can also collect and store card data independently, without a connected device. The read out data is stored in the integrated backup memory and can be retrieved later using suitable software.

The SPORTident Reader BT comes in a robust BSF9 housing in Carbon Black and can be mounted using existing BSF9 holders. With a typical battery life of 10 years, it is designed for long-term use.

Two status LEDs and an integrated buzzer provide feedback on the device status and readout process. The housing is IP64-rated, providing protection against dust and splashing water, and is designed for use in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.

The SPORTident Config App for Android and iOS manages Reader BT's device settings, reads out card data, retrieves stored sessions and performs firmware updates.
